We are pleased to announce that, as of April 1, 2010, NHK Enterprises America, Inc. (NEPA) will merge with Japan Network Group, Inc (JNG), a broadcasting company offering the premium Japanese TV network “TV JAPAN” throughout North America. Once the merger is complete, the two companies will be known as NHK Cosmomedia America, Inc. (NHKCMA).
 Throughout the transition and as NHKCMA, we will continue to provide our clients with high-quality, cost-effective TV production services and will remain dedicated to our standards of excellence.
